Project Update

Completed on June 4, 2024: Sidewalk Repairs started throughout the Hearth neighborhood on April 15, 2024, with Chatos Concrete (Contractor) removing and replacing curb, gutter, sidewalk, and ADA Ramps.  They also finished the work on Towerbridge Road that started in 2023 (see sidewalk street locations in ‘Description’ section below).

Completed on July 3, 2024: Asphalt Overlay work started in the Hearth Neighborhood on June 3, 2024 with Brannan Sand & Gravel (Contractor), and was completed on July 3, 2024. (see asphalt overlay street locations in ‘Description’ section below).

Description

Sidewalk Repairs in the Hearth neighborhood (within Highlands Ranch) began in the fall of 2023 along Towerbridge Road and the surrounding streets. Starting in April 2024, Sidewalk Repairs continued on Towerbridge Road, with additional repairs on Glengate Circle, Valleybrook Circle, and Shadowbrook Circle – and were completed on June 4, 2024.

Asphalt Overlay in the Hearth neighborhood started on June 3, 2024, on the following streets: Ashurst Ln, Ashurst Wy, Aspen Meadow Cir, Bellbrook Cir, Canyonbrook Dr., Canyonbrook Wy., Cedarpoint Pl., Chesmore St., Fairbrook Pt., Ivycrest Pt., Meadowvale Cir., Shadowbrook Cir., Timber Ridge Ln., ValleyBrook Cir., Valleybrook Dr., Valleybrook Ct., Bluegate Dr., Bluegate Ln., Bluegate Wy., Fairbairn Wy., Glengate Cir., Glengate Loop, Grayledge Cir., Huntwick St., Huntwick Pl., Pinewalk Wy, Abbeywood Cir., Brooklawn Rd., Cloverbrook Cir., Clovervale Cir., Fullerton Cir., Fullerton Ln., Heatherton Cir., Heatherton Ln., Heatherton St., Towerbridge Cir., Towerbridge Ln., Towerbridge Rd., Woodhurst Cir. This project was completed on July 3, 2024.
