Request for Autopsy Report

Autopsy reports are deemed public records per  Colorado Revised Statutes.  The Douglas County Coroner’s Office will process autopsy report requests as soon as possible.  Generally, autopsy reports are available within 8 to 10 weeks after the autopsy is completed and may be delayed due to the nature of the death.  Please note that requests for archived reports may require administration review before release.

To request a copy of an autopsy report, please complete all required fields in the form below.
