How often have you wondered where your home’s property line ends, and your neighbor’s property line begins? Do you need to schedule a building inspection and yet remembered to do it after business hours?

Answers to your top questions, access to multiple services online, and more than 1.2 million archived building permit records dating back to 1978, are now available online via the new Building Online Services tool launched in early March.

Through this online application you may search for certificates of occupancy, soils reports, surveys, plot plans, schedule a building inspection, apply for eSubmittal permits, or search for permits and contractors.

Continuing to leverage technology, Douglas County achieves improved customer service, increased transparency and enhanced online services.
