Together We Stand June 26, 2021
You are invited to a countywide celebration of gratitude and community spirit on the preserved area of historic Sandstone Ranch, only open to the public for special events like these.

Join your friends and neighbors as we honor those we’ve lost and celebrate the resilience and strength of so many during this past year – including hard-working individuals and families, our business community, first responders, other public servants, and the healthcare and public health professionals from throughout Douglas County communities.

Bring your camp chairs, your picnic blanket, and your walking shoes, and join us for live bluegrass music, hikes and hayrides, and more family fun. Food will be available to purchase from a variety of food trucks and vendors, or you are welcome to bring a picnic. Don’t forget your water and sunscreen, but please leave glass containers, alcoholic beverages, horses, and pets at home.

Hope to see you then.

Abe Laydon, George Teal, Lora Thomas
Board of Douglas County Commissioners
