Stormwater Management Facility Operation and Maintenance Manual Templates

Stormwater Management Facility Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manual template and standard operating procedures (SOP) for Extended Detention Basins, sand filter basins, porous landscape detention basins, and grass buffers/grass swales. The O&M manuals are required per sections 4.6 and 14.7, respectively of the  Douglas County Storm Drainage Design and Technical Criteria Manual. These templates allow the design engineer to enter the required information in the highlighted spaces. Any applicable SOPs should also be attached to the Operation and Maintenance Manual along with any additional information that the design engineer feels is appropriate,
