Project Update

COMPLETED (August 2022) – Street Sealing at these specific locations: Dixon Drive, Sierra Circle, Lookout Drive, Sage Lane, and Spur Lane.

Description

The 2022 street sealing program will be installing High-Density Mineral Bond (HA5). HA5 extends pavement life by stopping the infiltration of water and slowing down the oxidation of the pavement surface.

Prior to the start of construction:

  • Andale Construction will contact neighborhood residents by sending out notifications in early August 2022, to coordinate road closures and access during construction.

Schedule

Work will be scheduled between May and October.  See “Project Update” section above for further updates.
