Feed your passion for the outdoors and desire to give back to your local neighborhood park by helping plant a tree on Saturday, May 21 from 8-11 a.m. at Challenger Regional Park in Parker; Fairgrounds Regional Park in Castle Rock; or Highlands Heritage Regional Park in Highlands Ranch.

Your desire to serve inspired this event as well as the launch of Douglas County’s Parks Volunteer Program. Individuals and groups of all ages and abilities are invited to join the fun. Submit the volunteer application on or before May 11 at 5 p.m.

All volunteers will receive an event t-shirt, water bottle, bag, sunscreen and lip balm as well as a brief training on how to successfully plant a tree.
