Every year, Dutch Heritage Gardens in southeastern Douglas County grows between 15 million and 18 million individual plants. How do they keep these plants thriving with nearly zero water waste?

Commissioner George Teal is diving deep into the topic of water resources this year. Join him as he interviews state and local water experts in an ongoing video series, At the Divide.

Dutch Heritage Gardens is locally owned and operated by third-generation greenhouse growers. The Gardens’ 9-acre facility is located off Palmer Divide Avenue in Larkspur.
